Myra and Paul DeRoo made the entire process of marketing and closing the sale of a family home in Costa Diamante on Sandy Beach, Puerto Penasco seamless. This was not an easy process as the owners were unavailable, one having passed away and the other unavailable to travel. The DeRoos were always available to assist me and answer any questions the family had regarding the sale, with their professional and attentive advice from contract signing to closing and beyond. They were extremely knowledgeable and had available contact information of recommended vendors; painters, electricians, plumbers etc. in order to prepare the property for sale. It was a great relief to complete this sale with absentee owners. I can't thank them enough.
